全部否定。全部否定词的位置，英语否定在名词或代词上，汉语则否定在动词上，英语表示全否定时常用no，not、never、nothing等。部分否定。英语中部分否定主要靠all、both、every等词与“not”搭配构成，汉语一般用“并非……都”来表示。简单的说半否定就是，并不是全部，比如你们并不全是好人。全否定就是语气上比较强烈，你们都是坏人。
英语中的全部否定和部分否定怎么表示？
有一句谚语：All that glitters is not gold.
意思到底是发光的不是金子，还是发光的不全是金子？
这句话的意思理解错误，只因为人们按照汉语语序排列英文单词，不了解部分否定的规则。
英语涉及到肯定否定的问题，主要有三类：全部肯定，全部否定，部分否定。其中全部否定和部分否定容易混淆。
全部肯定
Both, all和every的组合词（everyone，everything，everybody），还有every 名词的结构，都表示全部肯定。
Both my parents are farmers. 我的父母都是农民。
All the people under the roof are my dearest friends. 所有在这个屋顶下的人都是我最亲近的朋友。
Everyone is ready, let’s go. 每个人都准备好了，我们走吧。
Every child is a precious gift god sent to the parents. 每个孩子都是上帝送给其父母的最好的礼物。
全部否定
None, no one, nobody, nothing, no 名词, not any表示全部否定。此外还有neither nor。
None of you are guilty. 你们中没有人有罪。
No one wants to speak to you. 没有人愿意和你说话。
There is not any girl I want to marry in this world anymore. 这个世间再没有我想娶的女孩。
Nobody is here to greet you. 没有人在这里欢迎你。
No factory is in operation in haze weather. 雾霾天气下，没有工厂在运行。
部分否定
全部肯定的句式里混入了not，就是部分否定了。有人混淆为全部否定。
Not all of them like you. 他们中不是每个人都喜欢你。
All of them do not like you. 他们中不是每个人都喜欢你。
Not all of them are clever, but it is still not easy for you to win. 他们中不是每个人都聪明，但是要赢他们也不容易。
You cannot find a good man like him everywhere. 并不是哪里都能找到他那么好的男人。
